Mindfulness is, “a mental state achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique.”
Mindfulness is important, we must know where we are before we decide where we are destined to go next. Our mind is our most powerful tool and we should try and remember that if we believe in ourselves we will always achieve.
